Destiny: The Collection Listed On Amazon for PS4 & Xbox One
-----------A listing on Amazon's website appeared, showing a release with the name Destiny: The Collection for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms.
Thanks to a discovery made by the Twitter user and self-appointed Xbox Live Arcade watchdog called Lifelower, a couple of unannounced Destiny collections have shown up on Amazon's UK site, and if they're legitimate, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One could receive new compendiums for Bungie's sci-fi shooter.
Simply named Destiny: The Collection, there hasn't been any info about the potential anthology, as those posts from Activision have since been removed, with any searches containing a specific wording of the title resulting in listings for The Taken King - Legendary Edition.
Still, as seen in the photo below, if Destiny: The Collection comes out as an actual product, it will be most likely sold for £49.99 on both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with a launch date of August 18, 2016, which is exactly a month ahead of the action-RPG's launch of its next expansion, Rise of Iron. Sadly, though, the contents of what will Destiny: The Collection include aren't listed, which leaves fans to speculate as to what they might be.
Even though the materials haven't been exposed for Destiny: The Collection, it's safe to assume that the compendium is going to bundle the base game, together with all of the DLC that has been release for the title so far. Certainly, an idea such as that is a speculation at this point, given the fact that neither Activision or Bungie have officially commented on the release, so it's crucial for Guardians to not take this seriously.
If developers are really planning on putting out Destiny: The Collection next month as a package that includes all of the expansions and pieces of content that have already been released, it would serve as a great start for gamers who didn't get to play it and are looking to get into the action.
Destiny is currently available on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One, and its next expansion, Rise of Iron, is going to be released on September 20, 2016 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
