hi, i got some troubles after installing the game on my pc: installation takes about 15mins (is it usual?) above all, the video performance is very bad: only 5 fps....too little!! imagines are too slow.. my pc detalis: s.o. windows vista home premium system model: acer aspire 5930 processor: intel core 2 duo 2.00 ghz ram: 3066 mb directx 11 nvidia geforce 9600m gt , driver just updated (last version 9.18.0013.0697) screen resolution: 1280 x 800 do you need other info? how can i enjoy the game? please, help me

if you have all the requirements then cheek your cpu and video card temperature. reinstalling your OS helps too

this is the answer to your problems............. plug out the video card then change your os with its original system then re install the game .. after that, you can now play the game...

after you change is to low video settings, performance benchmark it and then wait 60 seconds don't click anywhere while its on performance benchmark. after that. nba2k13 will run faster

I just bought this game again. Only this time I bought it for the Wii U. It says that I don't meet the system requirements to have a my player account and play online or something like that. So, I deleted most everything off the memory and put in a memory card and still NOTHING. This really sucks. My friends did the same thing to him when we tried to connect a couple of weeks ago via my 4g. What the HELL 2k??? Fix this. I have the BLACK wii U!!! there is no way I should lack any system requirements. The thing is supposed to be the newest technology out. What is going on?? I NEED 2k in my life, ONLINE. SERIOUSLY.
